AGM Chairman's address & CEO presentation; Results of AGM

Melbourne, Australia; Starpharma Holdings Limited (ASX:SPL, OTCQX:SPHRY) released the Chairman's address and CEO presentation for the Annual General Meeting of shareholders held at 4pm 10th November 2011.
Results of voting were released following the meeting, with a high percentage of votes cast in favour of all resolutions.
