Starpharma Holdings Limited (ASX: SPL, OTCQX: SPHRY) advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, that Ms Tracy Weimar from Vistra Australia has been appointed as interim Company Secretary, effective today.

Ms Weimar is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia (FGIA) and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), with over 20 years of commercial, company secretarial and non-executive director experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry in both the large and small cap sectors. Ms Weimar is currently a Company Secretary of, and provides company secretarial services to, various ASX listed, unlisted public and private companies, predominately in biotechnology.

With Ms Weimar’s appointment, Mr Nigel Baade will step down as Company Secretary of the Company, effective today. Mr Baade will continue in the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) until his departure in March 2023, as previously announced on 21 December 2022. Starpharma is well advanced in its search for a replacement CFO / Company Secretary and will update the market at the conclusion of this process.  

For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Ms Weimar is now the person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX.
